Michigan Street at Western Avenue <br />for a one -story building- -small truck terminal, <br />distribution office, and retail outlet for local <br />news agency. <br />Abo a proposals are subject to Commission approval, <br />Urb n Design review and Sign Committee action. <br />Dev toper interest centers on West Washington Street <br />bet een Michigan Street and Main Street, both sides <br />of treet, as properties become available. <br />=I! <br />
