If S.T.A.R.T. <br />can afford a rental fee of $10.00 per month and keep the <br />area clean, the Commission is willing to authorize a <br />rents agreement on a month -to -month basis. Mr. Clark, <br />Direc or of S.T.A.R.T., is to check into obtaining insur- <br />ance, holding the City harmless from public liability or <br />prope ty damage to other tenants. This is a "non- profit <br />organization." <br />If th re is a need for these quarters by S.T.A.R.T., the <br />Commi sion's consensus was to authorize the President to <br />enter into a lease with S.T.A.R.T., on a month -to -month <br />basis subject to review by Legal Counsel and the Execu- <br />tive of insurance and interference with Slicks' <br />opera �irector, <br />ion. <br />Said notion made by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Wade, and <br />unanir ously carried. <br />d Certificate of Completion of Redevelopment: <br />Authorization was requested for the President and Secre- <br />tary to sign this Certification conveyed to George Cimer- <br />mancid Associates, Inc., for Disposition Parcel Nos. <br />8 -23 and 8 -24, located at 213 South Meade Street, R -57 <br />Proje t. <br />Mr. PIrrish advised this is a completed house and occu- <br />pied. <br />Mr. M dison said four out of the twelve houses built by <br />this ontractor have been sold.
