Sample Street <br />Sou h Bend, Ind. 46601 <br />The low competitive bid was from Warner Wrecking Company. <br />They were requested to clean up on Fellows, Monroe and <br />Columbia Streets, remove free - ;standing wall - -" U- shaped" <br />on North end - -and elevator shaft. Most of the walls and <br />what may cause injury to anyone is now removed. <br />Mr. Ashe felter advised two police were hired around the <br />clock for three days surveillance to combat pilferage. <br />The cost for this service for two police is­,-.,_$5,. 00, per <br />hour eacl,i, around the clock, for three days. <br />Mr. Wiggins made the motion to approve the addendum to <br />cover the required demolition and include the cost of <br />police protection during the time the hazard was;,present. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Wade and :unanimously carried. <br />The abov demolition is being designated as Addendum No. <br />4 to Con ract 12 -A, for an increase in contract price of <br />$4,000.0 to cover the emergency clean -up. <br />b.
