This is.required <br />for b tter grade in future storm sewer connection with <br />Chapii Street Project storm sewer proposed by City <br />Engin er. Also a change in manholes, resulting in a <br />changa from Indiana State Highway Commission standard <br />to le ;s expensive prefabricated manholes which are <br />now i cluded in City of South Bend standards. This <br />work esults in a net change in contract price for an <br />incre se of $1,727.40. <br />On mo ion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, above <br />Chang Order No. 2 was approved for an increase in con- <br />tract price of $1,727.40. Motion unanimously carried. <br />h. Building Plans for Disposition Parcel No. 28 -9:. <br />Authorization was requested for the building plans.sub- <br />mitted by Mr. Ben Miles, Jr., for Disposition Parcel No. <br />28 -9, located on North Chicago Street, in the LaSalle <br />Park Urban Renewal Project, R -57. The builder is Regal <br />Homes of Indiana, Inc., Osceola, Indiana. The plans <br />meet ith staff approval. There is a 35 ft. setback <br />from he street, and 6 ft. in from each side of the <br />lot, hich is 60' x 1291. <br />On mo ion by Mr. Wade, seconded by Rev.
