Community Development Associates: Mr. Greg. <br />Cook, Director of Renewal Management Systems, and <br />Mr. Ronald V. Adisano, Field Service Management <br />Director for Community Development Associates, gave <br />an ov ra-1 critique on the progress of the Downtown <br />Redevelopment Program. They, are the consultants <br />hired for the monthly computerized evaluations on <br />urban renewal progress, known as the Critical Path <br />Metho . <br />Mr. Cook stated "South 'Bend's., redevelopment progress <br />is go ng exceptionally well so far. Yaur critical <br />path alls on'rehabilitation activity., Rehabilita- <br />tion must get going and -this is now the critical <br />area.'
