Washington ST. <br />Bernard Donahue 65.00 <br />414 L.W.E. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />above listed leases were - approved for the stated amounts. <br />Motion was unanimously carried. <br />i. Amendment to Lease with .Liberty Mutual Insur- <br />ance Company: Mr. Bruce C. Hammerschmidt, - Commission <br />Legal Counsel requested authorization to amend the lease <br />with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, which their at- <br />torney is requesting. Basically, Liberty Mutual wants <br />to be only concerned with repairs on the interior and <br />not exterior. Mr. Hammerschmidt said he will add another <br />paragraph so the Department of Redevelopment will not be <br />liable to make any exterior repairs and this meets with <br />Liber y Mutual's approval. <br />The 1 ase is changed to conclude September 30 and an <br />exten ion of 15 days, if necessary, to move into the <br />Sherl nd Building. The rental is the same. <br />On motion by Mr.. Wiggins,.seconded by Mr. Chenney,.ap- <br />prova of the lease amendment vas authorized as stipu- <br />lated by Commission Legal Counsel.
