Woolpert Deliverables <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will prepare and deliver a list of training scenarios and Cityworks produced PLL Training <br />Manual and in-app help for system administrators and end -users <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will provide Administrator Training for up to three (3) Client Cityworks Administrators for <br />up to four (4) hours <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will provide End -User Training for up to five (5) end -users for up to sixteen (16) hours <br />Assumptions <br />• The Client will ensure that appropriate system knowledge is redundant within the organization <br />• Upon completion of training, Client Core Team members should be able to provide further internal training with little to no <br />Woolpert support <br />Client Responsibilities <br />Client Project Manager to review and accept agenda for training <br />Client Project Manager to schedule and accommodate the appropriate Client Core Team members such that they are <br />available, without undue interruption, for the required number of days <br />Client Project Manager will secure an appropriate training facility suitable for participants <br />Task 4.5: Provide Go -Live Support <br />Immediately following the PLL System Training, Woolpert will provide on -site System Go -Live support in order to assist with the <br />successful start-up of the PLL System. During this time, Woolpert's Lead Systems Analyst will assist the Client's end -users and system <br />administrators with site -specific configuration issues. Additional coaching and supplemental training services will also be provided <br />during this time. <br />In preparation for go live, Woolpert's Lead Systems Analyst will work on -site with the Client's Project Manager and IT support staff <br />to ensure that all user log -ins requiring access to the PLL System application(s) are tested for connectivity; all terminals requiring the <br />ability to print documents are tested for connectivity; and all system user accounts are tested for login ability. Additionally, as part of <br />the go -live preparation activities, Woolpert's Lead Systems Analyst will migrate the configured and approved PLL System database <br />from the Development environment to the Production environment. <br />During the first week of live PLL System operations, Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will provide the on -site support required to <br />coach new users and provide detailed technical systems support. Woolpert will provide remote support the two subsequent weeks. <br />Related sub -tasks are as follows. <br />Task 4.5: Provide Go -Live Support <br />Sub -Task 4.5.1: Woolpert to Migrate Cityworks Development Database to Production Environment (On -Site Task) <br />Sub -Task 4.5.2: Woolpert to Test Production Environment Configuration and Data Load (On -Site Task) <br />Sub -Task 4.5.3: Woolpert to Provide On -Site Go -Live Support (On -Site Task) <br />Sub -Task 4.5.4: Woolpert to Provide Remote Post Go -Live Support (Remote Task) <br />Woolpert Deliverables <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will migrate all applications and databases from Development to Production environment <br />• Woolpert Data Migration Specialist will perform a final data load of converted legacy data sets to Production database <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst provide on -site support for up to sixteen (16) hours onsite to support system go -live <br />activities <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will provide up to sixteen (16) hours of remote post go -live support during the first two <br />weeks of full system use immediately following the go -live activities. <br />SOUTH BEND, IN - BUSINESS LICENSING, PLL IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES I SCOPE OF WORK 33 <br />
