,,,,,� i;,,, ,,,,.,,,,,i o,. „✓riot,,, ,% ,�, /ii% �i�/ /� ,,,�„ i�,,,,, � i � , ��, � „�.< <br />Assumptions <br />• The Client Project Manager will provide project sign -off within agreed upon timeframe following Go -Live. <br />• Woolpert Lead System Analyst will assist in transitioning Client Cityworks Administrator to the Cityworks Help Desk Team <br />• Woolpert will perform on -site tasks during the same trip as Task 4.4: Provide End -User Training <br />• Client will be responsible for notifying Woolpert Project Manager of any potential scheduling conflicts arising from IT or <br />business requirements <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client Project Manager and IT support staff should equally assist in administering the Go -Live tasks to make sure it is clear <br />to the End -Users that the Client is internally capable of supporting the newly deployed PILL System solution. The Client <br />system administrators and IT support staff will benefit from learning basic PILL System troubleshooting routines during this <br />time. <br />Task 4.6: Phase 4 Quality Control <br />Woolpert technical resources, not regularly involved with this implementation will perform independent quality review of the work <br />processes and deliverable products in accordance with the Woolpert Total Quality Plan. <br />Task 4.7: Phase 4 Acceptance and Close <br />The Woolpert Project Manager will deliver a final project acceptance and close document to the Client Project Manager for review <br />and signature.
