Assumptions • The UAT Plan will be authorized per common agreement between the Client and Woolpert Project Managers • Client developed UAT Plan will contain detailed end -to -end process testing for each of the configured business license applications, renewal processes, reporting mechanisms, dash boa rds/inboxes, and export to DOF Client Responsibilities Client Project Manager will coordinate and ensure the development of the UAT Plan document Client Project Manager will submit UAT Plan document to Woolpert Project Manager for review Client Project Manager will update the UAT Plan document based on Woolpert feedback provided during remote review meeting Task 4.2: Provide Tester Training It will be the responsibility of the Client to select the end -users who will provide testing of the newly configured PILL System. In order to effectively test the system in accordance with the UAT Plan, training will be provided to these end -users. The Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will provide training for how to navigate the Cityworks interface to effectively test the system. The training provided in this task is essential to prevent test fails due to user inexperience. Related sub -tasks are as follows: Sub -Task 4.2.1: Woolpert to Prepare for Tester Training and Provide Agendas Sub -Task 4.2.2: Client PM shall Prepare Site for Training (Client -Owned Task) Sub -Task .2.: Woolpert to ProvideOn-Site Training (On -site Task) Sub -Task 4.2.3.1: Client PLL Permitting Cases (On -Site Task) Woolpert Deliverables • Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will deliver UAT Tester Training for up to eight (8) hours Assumptions • The Client understands that failure to provide the Client testing team with the appropriate training documents will impact Woolpert's ability to properly train users • The Client understands that failure to properly prepare for and participate in the training sessions will significantly impact the Client testing team's ability to effectively ensure usability of the configured PILL System. • On -site Tester Training will occur during the same on -site trip as Task 4.3: User Acceptance Testing in Development Environment Client Responsibilities Client Project Manager will distribute UAT Plan to Woolpert Project Manager and Client testing team prior to the scheduled training session. Client Project Manager will secure an appropriate training facility suitable for participants. Client Project Manager will schedule and accommodate the appropriate Client testing team members such that they are available, without undue interruption, for the required number of hours. Task 4.3: User Acceptance Testing in Development Environment Once the UAT Plan has been approved by all parties and tester training has been delivered, the Client testing team will undertake the UAT activities defined within the plan — and only those activities defined within the UAT Plan. Woolpert will provide dedicated on -site and ad -hoc remote support during Client -owned testing activities.
