This task is <br />intended to be flexible so that based on client needs, prioritized requirements, level of effort, and available fee, Woolpert will be <br />able to develop customizations for any requirement authorized by the client. <br />Related sub -tasks are as follows: <br />Task 3.3: Develop Custom Requirement Scripts <br />Task 3.3.1: Woolpert to Develop Scripts <br />Task 3.3.2: Woolpert to Test Scripts in DEV Environment <br />Task 3.3.3: Woolpert to Update Scripts and Redeploy to DEV Environment <br />Task 3.3.4: Woolpert to Deploy Final Scripts to Client Configuration <br />Woolpert Deliverables <br />• Woolpert Senior Developer will spend up to fifty-five (55) hours developing custom scripting to achieve acceptance of any <br />requirement documented in Appendix A that is requested by the client. <br />Assumptions <br />• All Phase 3 tasks will be completed on a time and materials basis <br />• Woolpert will make best efforts to complete development, testing and deployment of custom scripting within the time and <br />fee allocated to this task. If it is determined that additional time is required a Change Control Notice may be required. <br />• Development of custom scripting will occur in parallel to Sub -Task 2.3.1: Round 1 Configuration Workshops. <br />• Testing of custom scripting shall occur between Sub -Task 2.3.1: Round 1 Configuration Workshops and Sub -Task 2.3.2: <br />Round 2 Configuration Workshops. <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client Project Manager will ensure that custom scripting developed by Woolpert is tested by appropriate Core Team <br />members and that feedback is delivered to the Woolpert Project Manager <br />• Client Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating Woolpert requests for technical requirement information and <br />feedback during development. <br />Task 3.3: Phase 3 Quality Control <br />Woolpert subject matter experts, not regularly involved with this implementation, will perform independent quality review of the <br />work processes and deliverable products in accordance with the Woolpert Total Quality Plan. <br />Task 3.4: Phase 3 Acceptance and Close <br />The Woolpert Project Manager shall prepare and submit a Phase Acceptance and Closure document to the Client Project Manager <br />for signature. This document indicates that Woolpert has delivered the Phase 3 services in accordance with the Statement of Work <br />and Project Plan.
