• All workshop preparation activities will be performed remotely <br />• Workshops will be administered on -site at Client facilities <br />• It is anticipated that Round 1 workshops will primarily focus on licensing workflows while Round 2 workshops will target PLL <br />Public Access Portal and fee configuration <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client Project Manager to schedule and accommodate the appropriate Client Core Team members such that they are <br />available, without undue interruption, for the required number of days <br />• Client Project Manager will secure an appropriate training facility suitable for participants <br />• Client Project Manager shall ensure Core Team review of all project documentation and will compile and submit feedback <br />to Woolpert Project Manager <br />Task 2.4: Review and Approval of Updated System Configuration and <br />Documentation <br />Woolpert will submit the updated Configuration Documentation (completed in Tasks 2.1 through 2.3) to the Client for review. The <br />Client's Project Manager and Core Team members will undertake an internal review of this documentation, providing feedback to <br />Woolpert. Upon completion of this task, Woolpert will have delivered a comprehensive set of configuration documents, updated to <br />reflect the current state of the system configuration in the Client's development environment. There will be additional opportunities <br />to update this documentation in future project phases up to and including the final/accepted configuration documents delivered just <br />prior to Go -Live. <br />Related sub -tasks are as follows: <br />Sub -Task 2.4: Review and Approval of Updated System Configuration and Documentation <br />Sub -Task 2.4.1: Woolpert to Submit Updated Configuration Documentation to Client PM <br />Sub -Task 2.4.2: Client Implementation Team to Review Updated Configuration and Documentation (Client -Owned Task) <br />Sub -Task 2.4.3: Woolpert to Facilitate Remote Review Meeting with the Client Implementation Team <br />Sub -Task 2.4.4: Woolpert to Update Configuration Documentation per Client Implementation Team Review Comments <br />Sub -Task 2.4.5: Client to Provide Acceptance of the Configuration Documentation <br />Sub -Task 2.4.6: Woolpert to Perform Updates to the Database Configuration <br />Woolpert Deliverables <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will submit updated configuration documentation in MS Word format to the Client Project <br />Manager <br />Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will facilitate a remote configuration documentation review meeting, up to four (4) hours in <br />duration, with the Client Core Team <br />Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will update the system configuration (in Client's development environment) and <br />configuration documentation based on the outcome of the Client review and re -submit the updated documentation to the <br />Client Project Manager <br />Assumptions <br />Configuration Documentation updates are limited to documentation developed in Phase 2.
