At the end of the first round of workshops, there will be a set of action items for the Client team members, such as compiling <br />datasets required for configuration efforts. Woolpert will prepare a detailed list of action items and submit them to the Client <br />Project Manager. At the end of first round of configuration workshops, Woolpert expects to have gathered enough information to <br />configure approximately 70% of the Client's desired system functionality. <br />The second round of workshops will review and refine the configurations developed from the initial workshops. During second <br />round workshops, the Client's actual configured data will be available for viewing within the PLL System software. Key topics of the <br />second round of workshops will include details of the PLL Public Access Portal. At the end of second round of workshops, Woolpert <br />expects to have gathered enough information to configure approximately 85% to 100% of the Client's Core PLL System <br />requirements. <br />In some instances, a third round of configuration workshops may be required to achieve 100% configuration.
