• Client Project Manager will ensure Core Team review and will compile configuration document feedback for delivery to <br />Woolpert Project Manager <br />• Client Project Manager and Core Team will participate in a remote configuration document review meeting <br />Task 2.5: Provide PLL Software Demonstrations <br />After completion of the core PLL software configuration approval of the updated configuration documentation, Woolpert will <br />provide a remote PLL software demonstration to Client Core Team members and stakeholders. The demonstration is intended to <br />review the configuration in depth and answer any questions. At the end of these meetings, it is anticipated that there may be some <br />minor requested changes to the system configuration. Woolpert will make those configuration updates to the development <br />software environment and update the configuration documentation, as required. <br />Related sub -tasks are as follows: <br />Sub -Task 2.5: Provide Cityworks PILL Software Demonstrations <br />Sub -Task 2.5.1: Woolpert to Prepare for Software Demonstrations <br />Sub -Task 2.5.2: Client PM shall Schedule Core Team for Demonstrations (Client -Owned Task) <br />Sub -Task 2.5.3: Woolpert to Facilitate Remote Software Demonstrations <br />Sub -Task 2.5.4: Update Software Configuration and Documentation based on Client Feedback <br />Deliverables <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will provide a fully configured PLL system demonstration for up to four (4) hours <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will update the PLL software configuration in the Client's on -premise development <br />environment, per the demonstration feedback as well as update the configuration documentation <br />Assumptions <br />All demonstration tasks shall be performed remotely <br />It is up to the Client Project Manager and Woolpert Project Manager to determine whether Phase 3 tasks have been <br />completed to a point necessary to fully demonstrate the system's capabilities and functionality. It is anticipated that certain <br />reports and data migration must be completed prior to full system evaluation. <br />Demonstration is not limited to Core Team members. Other organizational stakeholders are encouraged to participate. <br />Client Responsibilities <br />Client Project Manager shall coordinate and schedule demonstration attendees. <br />Client Project Manager will collate and submit any feedback from the software demonstration to the Woolpert Project <br />Manager <br />Task 2.6: Phase 2 Quality Control <br />Woolpert subject matter experts, not regularly involved with this implementation, will perform independent quality review of the <br />work processes and deliverable products in accordance with the Woolpert Total Quality Plan. <br />Task 2.7: Phase 2 Acceptance and Close <br />The Woolpert Project Manager shall prepare and submit a Phase Acceptance and Closure document to the Client Project Manager <br />for signature. This document indicates that Woolpert has delivered the Phase 2 services in accordance with the Statement of Work <br />and Project Plan. Several Phase 3 and 4 tasks are scheduled to be initiated prior to acceptance of Phase 2. <br />SOUTH BEND, IN - BUSINESS LICENSING, PLL IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES I SCOPE OF WORK 25 <br />
