1 <br />• Client Project Manager shall ensure Core Team review of Draft Configuration Documentation <br />• Client Project Manager shall coordinate Core Team participation in the remote review meeting <br />Task 2.2: Provide Permitting System Configuration Training <br />Woolpert will facilitate on -site configuration training to provide the Client's Core Team members with the PLL software <br />knowledgebase needed to support the system design and implementation decisions. Configuration Training will cover all relative <br />aspects of the PLL system configuration. Completion of the configuration training will ensure the Client's Core Team (those with <br />implementation responsibilities) are provided with enough exposure to, and understanding of software functionality that they are <br />able to make smart and informed configuration decisions as they relate to the overall implementation objectives. The intent of the <br />Configuration Training is not to provide the skills needed to maintain the daily operations of the system. This End -User Training is <br />provided later in the project. Configuration Training will be facilitated in a suitable environment (computer lab or training room) on - <br />site at the Client's facilities. <br />Related sub -tasks are as follows: <br />Sub -Task 2.2: Provide PILL System Training <br />Sub -Task 2.2.1: Woolpert to Prepare Core Team Training Agenda <br />Sub -Task 2.2.2: Woolpert to Submit Core Team Training Agenda to the Client PM <br />Sub -Task 2.2.3: Client PM to Prepare Site for Core Team Training (Client -Owned Task) <br />Sub -Task 2.2.4: Woolpert to Provide Core Team Training Utilizing Client's Cityworks PLL Configured System (On -Site Task) <br />Woolpert Deliverables <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will develop a Configuration Training agenda and submit to the Client Project Manager <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will lead Configuration training onsite for up to eight (8) hours <br />Assumptions <br />• Training will be facilitated utilizing the a Woolpert demonstration environment <br />• Client Project Manager will ensure site readiness and staff participation for the training <br />• Client Project Manager will provide a conference room or training room with a projector. During Configuration Training, <br />individual computers are not needed for the participants. The software functionality will be demonstrated from the <br />instructor's computer. <br />• Client Project Manager shall ensure Woolpert access to the PLL software environment installed on -premise to perform <br />training <br />• On -site PLL System Training will occur during the same trip as Sub -Task 2.3.1: Round 1 Configuration Workshops <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client Project Manager to review and accept agenda for training <br />• Client Project Manager to schedule and accommodate the appropriate Client Core Team members such that they are <br />available, without undue interruption, for the required number of days <br />• Client Project Manager will secure an appropriate training facility suitable for participants <br />Task 2.3: Facilitate Core PLL Software Configuration <br />Woolpert will facilitate the Core PLL Software Configuration through a series of on -site configuration workshops. The first round of <br />workshops will address the license types and related workflows documented in the To -Be Business Process workflows. <br />Woolpert will update the System Configuration Document upon completion of the first round of configuration workshops. In support <br />of the configuration workshops, Woolpert will utilize a demonstration environment to help facilitate ideas and approaches to the <br />configuration —this is also part of the overall iterative learning process. <br />SOUTH BEND, IN - BUSINESS LICENSING, PLL IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES I SCOPE OF WORK 22 <br />
