Sub -Task 1.4.1.3.3: Day 3 Workshops (On -Site Task) <br />Sub -Task 1.4.2: Woolpert to Document Business Process Review Workshop Findings (To -Be) <br />Sub -Task 1.4.3: Woolpert to Submit Draft Business Process Review Diagrams to Client PM <br />Sub -Task 1.4.4: Woolpert to Facilitate Remote Review Meeting with Client Implementation Team <br />Sub -Task 1.4.5: Woolpert to Prepare Final Updates to Business Process Review Diagrams <br />Sub -Task 1.4.6: Client to provide approval of Final Workflow Diagrams (Client Owned Task) <br />Woolpert Deliverables <br />A Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst and System Analyst will facilitate a series of on -site To -Be Business Process Review <br />Workshops over the course of three (3) consecutive business days. <br />Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will document the outcomes of the To -Be workshops in MS Visio (pdf) and submit to the <br />Client Project Manager for review <br />Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will facilitate a remote review meeting up to two (2) hours in duration with the client <br />technical team and update the Visio diagrams based on the outcome of the review meeting <br />Assumptions <br />All workshop activities will be performed on -site. <br />It is anticipated the Day 3 workshops will include scheduled discussion and follow up on Phase 3 tasks for Data Migration, <br />Reporting <br />The To -Be workflows will be provided as MS Visios (PDF) format to the client. Once the client has approved the design, the <br />client will take ownership of the diagrams and continue updates and modifications as needed. <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client Project Manager will secure an appropriate meeting facility suitable for participants, <br />• Client Project Manager will schedule and accommodate the appropriate Client project participants such that they are <br />available, without undue interruption, for the required number of days. <br />Task 1.5: Phase 1 Quality Control <br />Woolpert subject matter experts, not regularly involved with this implementation, will perform independent quality review of the <br />work processes and deliverable products in accordance with the Woolpert Total Quality Plan. <br />Task 1.6: Phase 1 Acceptance and Close <br />The Woolpert Project Manager shall prepare and submit a Phase Acceptance and Closure document to the Client Project Manager <br />for signature. This document indicates that Woolpert has delivered the Phase 1 services in accordance with the Statement of Work <br />and Project Plan.
