Sub -Task 1.1.2: Woolpert to Facilitate a Remote System Specifications Review Meeting with the Client Technical Team <br />Sub -Task 1.2.3: Woolpert to Install and Configure PLL Software in Development Environment <br />Sub -Task 1.2.4: Woolpert to Test Installation and Configuration and Modify as Required <br />Sub -Task 1.2.5: Woolpert to Replicate Initial Development Environment to Other Environments as Required <br />Sub -Task 1.2.6: Woolpert to Provide Core PLL Software Administration Training to Client System Administrators <br />Sub -Task 1.2.7: Woolpert to Provide the Client PM and Technical Team with a Technical Memorandum Documenting the <br />Installation Process <br />Woolpert Deliverables <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will provide PLL software and hardware specifications documentation, as recommended by <br />Cityworks, for the Client to review <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will facilitate a remote system specifications review meeting for up to two (2) hours with <br />the Client's IT team <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will perform on -site installation, configuration, and testing of the core software applications <br />and databases in the Client's on -premise network environment (Test and Development) for up to eight (8) hours <br />• Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst will provide Core software installation and to the Client's system administrators during the <br />time on -site to perform the installation services. <br />Assumptions <br />• Activities including Installation, configuration, testing and training will be performed on -site at the Client's facilities. <br />• Knowledge transfer will be facilitated utilizing the newly installed on -premise PLL environment on a one-on-one basis <br />between Woolpert's Lead Systems Analyst and Client Cityworks Administrator <br />• The Client Project Manager will ensure site readiness and staff participation for the training <br />• The Client Project Manager will ensure IT Staff are available during the software installation and testing to ensure the <br />proper access and permissions are granted <br />• The Client will create a login for Woolpert for the necessary access to install software, set up databases, and test the <br />software <br />• Installation and system validation will be performed across all Client environments. This is anticipated to be Dev, Test and <br />Prod <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client IT staff will create logins for Woolpert with the necessary permissions <br />• Client IT staff will ensure the Servers are prepared for the installation of the PLL software including ArcGIS Server, SIDE, <br />RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle), and other supporting software applications <br />• Client Project Manager to ensure the necessary staff participate in the training <br />Task 1.3: Provide Permitting Software Demonstrations <br />Once the initial PLL software sandbox environment has been installed and configured, Woolpert will facilitate on -site software <br />demonstrations to introduce the Client's project team members to the core functionality and features of the PLL software <br />application(s). These demonstrations will provide an initial overview of the features and functions of the new software and will serve <br />as a basis of ongoing software training and knowledge transfer that will increase in frequency and complexity as the project <br />progresses through the subsequent design, configuration and deployment phases. This demonstration is strategically scheduled <br />during the same on -site trip as Task 1.4: Conduct Business Process Reviews to provide context for Business Process Workshops <br />through providing the Client Core Team with a thorough review of how workflows function in the Cityworks solution. <br />Related sub -tasks are as follows: <br />Task 1.3: Provide Cityworks PILL Software Demonstrations <br />Sub -Task 1.3.1: Woolpert to Prepare Software Demonstration Agenda <br />SOUTH BEND, IN - BUSINESS LICENSING, PLL IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES I SCOPE OF WORK 18 <br />
