• Woolpert Project Manager will prepare a Request for Information and submit it to the Client Project Manager <br />• Woolpert Project Manager and Lead Systems Analyst will perform a review of the data provided by the Client <br />• Woolpert Project Manager and Lead Systems Analyst will facilitate a series of discovery workshops, on -site at the Client's <br />facilities, for up to sixteen (16) hours over the course of two (2) business days <br />• Woolpert Project Manager will document the workshop discussions and findings in the form of a Technical Memorandum <br />and submit it to the Client Project Manager <br />• Woolpert Project Manager will facilitate a remote conference call meeting with the Client team to review the contents <br />of the Technical Memorandum <br />Assumptions <br />• Woolpert understands that the Client has already provided much of the information typically requested to prepare for pre - <br />discovery workshop. The SOW contains minimal time allocated to the RFI task to allow for additional data requests should a <br />gap be identified during the Implementation Team's data review. <br />• The Client's Project Manager will provide the Data gathered from the Request for Information no later than one week <br />before the pre -discovery workshops <br />• All activities, other than the actual workshop will be performed remotely <br />• The Client's Project Manager will ensure site readiness and staff participation for the workshop <br />• Pre -discovery workshops will occur during the same week as the following on -site tasks: <br />o Task PM.2: Project Kick -Off Meeting <br />o Task 1.2: Install and Configure Core PLL Software in DEV Environment <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• The Client Project Manager will facilitate the data gathering process to collect the information detailed in Woolpert's RFI (as <br />required) <br />• The Client Project Manager will secure appropriate meeting facilities in which Woolpert will conduct the workshops <br />• The Client Project Manager will schedule all Client workshop attendees <br />• All identified Client workshop attendees will actively participate in the on -site meetings without undue interruption <br />• The Client Project Manager and technical project team members will review the Technical Memorandum and provide <br />feedback to Woolpert in a timely fashion <br />• The Client Project Manager and technical project team members will participate in a remote conference call review meeting <br />with the Woolpert Project Manager <br />Task 1.2: Install and Configure Core Cityworks Software in Development <br />Environment <br />This task includes installing the core Cityworks PLL software within the Client's networked environment and providing knowledge <br />transfer for the Client Administrator. Prior to beginning the installation, Woolpert will provide a full readiness checklist to the <br />Client's IT staff to ensure the application and database servers are prepared in advance through the installation and configuration of <br />the requisite operating system, relational database, and web services applications, along with any additional client -specific security <br />and system administration applications. The readiness checklist will include recommendations/minimum requirements for hardware <br />and software specifications suitable for supporting the software solution. <br />Woolpert will perform the necessary software installation, testing and configuration required to ensure a successful deployment <br />within the Client's on -premise development environment. At a minimum, Woolpert envisions a total of three environments — <br />Development (DEV), Testing (TEST), and Production (PROD). Woolpert's Lead Systems Analyst will be on -site to assist the Client's IT <br />technical staff with the installation and configuration of the various PLL software environments. The Woolpert Lead Systems Analyst <br />will also provide system administration knowledge transfer and training (software installation, configuration, backup, and recovery) <br />to the Client's identified system administrators. <br />Related sub -tasks are as follows: <br />Task 1.2: Install and Configure Core PILL Software in a DEV Environment <br />Sub -Task 1.2.1: Woolpert to Prepare for Onsite Installation <br />SOUTH BEND, IN - BUSINESS LICENSING, PLL IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES I SCOPE OF WORK 17 <br />
