IL A <br />• Maintain a secure project collaboration web site to post project schedule details, in -process tasks and responsible parties, <br />technical documentation, as well as other project collaboration tools; <br />• Perform miscellaneous project administration (e.g. arrange travel, internal project updates); and <br />• Anticipate problem areas and propose and facilitate solutions. <br />Woolpert Deliverables <br />• Woolpert Project Manager will develop draft and final project plan <br />• Woolpert Project Manager will create and submit monthly project status reports <br />• Woolpert Project Manager will provide on -going project management, including resource allocation, invoicing and <br />general consulting <br />• Woolpert Project Manager will set-up and provide client access to password protected project collaboration environment <br />and issue log <br />Assumptions <br />• The activities discussed in this section will begin once a Written Notice -to -Proceed is received from the Client <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client Project Manager will assemble a team of domain and technical experts and have representation of all divisions / <br />work groups involved throughout all phases of the project <br />• Client Project Manager will serve as the client point of contact for all project management issues and questions <br />• Client Project Manager will review, comment and accept draft project work plan within five days of document delivery <br />• Client Project Manager will schedule appropriate internal staff and provide facilities for on -site meetings and off -site <br />conference calls <br />• Client Project Manager will review and accept project status reports, or otherwise provide comments within a reasonable <br />time frame <br />SOUTH BEND, IN - BUSINESS LICENSING, PLL IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES I SCOPE OF WORK 12 <br />
