• The activities discussed in this section will begin once a Written Notice -to -Proceed is received from the Client <br />• Kick-off meeting will be held during the same week as the following on -site tasks as determined by Woolpert and Client <br />Project Managers: <br />o Task 1.1: Pre -Planning Discovery Workshops <br />o Task 1.2: Install and Configure Cityworks PLL in Client Development Environment <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client Project Manager will schedule meeting space and supporting technology peripherals suitable for the kick-off <br />meeting <br />• Client Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supplying kick-off meeting agenda feedback to Woolpert <br />Project Manager <br />• Client Project Manager will coordinate and <br />schedule meeting attendees <br />Task PM.3: Project Schedule <br />Coordination <br />Project schedule coordination and management will be <br />performed using Microsoft Project software. Project �" o <br />schedules and tasks will be monitored and adjusted as <br />needed, depending upon the Client's priorities and ability , <br />make its staff and facilities available at the appropriate <br />times throughout the project. An updated project schedule <br />delineating resources, scheduled tasks, and completed <br />tasks will be maintained and available to all Woolpert and N <br />Client project participants. <br />Figure 3 - Microsoft Project Gantt Chart <br />Woolpert Deliverables <br />Woolpert Project Manager will monitor and maintain the MS Project schedule on an on -going basis <br />Woolpert Project Manager will report schedule status to the Client Project Manager during bi-weekly project meetings <br />Assumptions <br />• The activities discussed in this section will begin once a Written Notice -to -Proceed is received from the Client <br />Client Responsibilities <br />• Client Project Manager will review project schedule and provide feedback to Woolpert Project Manager on an on -going <br />basis <br />Task PMA Client Status Meetings <br />Woolpert will facilitate a regular occurring status meeting. Woolpert's project manager will lead regularly scheduled project status <br />meetings with the Client's project manager and designees for the purpose of reviewing project issues including: 1) activities, action <br />items, and deliverables completed to date; 2) activities, action items, and deliverables in process or scheduled; 3) technical or <br />contractual issues that require corrective action. Woolpert meeting participants will include Woolpert's project manager and ad hoc <br />team members, as required.
