Requirements <br />specified in Appendix A are included in this SOW. <br />• If it is determined that a requirement specified in Appendix A cannot be met using the proposed solution, Woolpert will <br />present alternatives for consideration. If the selected alternative does not utilize out -of -the -box configuration capabilities a <br />change control may be needed. <br />• Woolpert will not provide any customization of the PLL Public Access Portal beyond basic aesthetic changes to the interface. <br />Specifically, Woolpert will not customize the PLL Public Access Portal to utilize payment processors other than those <br />supported by Cityworks (Authorize.net, PayPal) <br />• The City is responsible for ensuring secure access to the public access portal for external users. <br />• The City is responsible for implementing a solution to scan attachments for malicious content. <br />• The City is responsible for identifying an electronic payment gateway to facilitate online payments. <br />• Integration with payment processors other than Authorize.net or PayPal is not included in the scope of services <br />• Woolpert will migrate data from legacy Navil-ine system to Cityworks PLL as specified in Phase 3 SOW <br />• Woolpert will develop custom reports while providing hands on training to the client's designated report writer in Crystal <br />Reports <br />• The client will be responsible for developing end -to -end workflow testing documentation to be followed during Phase 4 User <br />Acceptance Testing Tasks <br />Woolpert will train up to six (6) end -users including a system administrator and report writer <br />• Woolpert will perform cutover from development to production ahead of go -live and will support system use per Phase 4 <br />SOW <br />• Phase 5: Extended Support is not included in this SOW <br />• Any schedule slippage resulting in one (1) or more months of additional time will result in a Change Control Notice to <br />ensure adequate Project Management time to maintain project controls <br />• If the Client request for a previously scheduled workshop to be rescheduled, Woolpert Project Manager will make best <br />efforts to reduce schedule slippage however, if significant slippage occurs a Change Control Notice may be required. <br />• Woolpert Project Manager is responsible for setting up and managing content posted to the secure project site. <br />• Woolpert Project Manager will provide a complete data download of the secure project site to the client upon completion <br />of the project. <br />• The Client Project Manager will ensure that review and feedback on Woolpert project deliverables occurs within five (5) <br />business days <br />SOUTH BEND, IN - BUSINESS LICENSING, PLL IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES I SCOPE OF WORK <br />
