October 29, 2019 egge <br />HOURLY RATES and REIMBURSEABLE EXPENSES <br />Hourly rates can be provided upon request for all members of the design team. <br />Normal reimbursable expenses (i.e.: state plan review fees, mileage, printing, copies, photos, binders, special <br />deliveries, etc.) are not included in our base fee and will be invoiced separately at our cost plus 10%. <br />We would expect to receive payment of our invoices within thirty (30) days of invoice date with 100% of our <br />fee due upon completion of our documentation. All unpaid invoice balances exceeding thirty (30) days of <br />invoice date will be charged interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. <br />Again, thank you for the opportunity to provide you with professional services.
