Nominations Committee Report of North Central N.A.H.R.O. NOMINATIONS <br />N.A.H.R. . Meeting, in Detroit, on May 0, 1971: Mr. COMMITTEE REPORT <br />L. Glenn Barbe presented a written report on this <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Barb was nominated for a four -year term on the <br />Executiva Committee. He said he is attending meetings <br />once a m )nth, in pursuing his present commitments. <br />c: Business Relocation, R -66: Mr. Pau] E. Becher, BUSINESS RELOCATION, <br />Commerci 1'Relocation Director, also submitted a written R -66 <br />report. <br />One claim for moving expenses ($5,381.44), one direct <br />loss of property claim.($3,000.00), and three Small Busi- <br />ness Displacement Payments ($2,500.00 each), or a total <br />of $15,881.44, was submitted to the Commission for ap- <br />proval today. <br />Twelve bu iness- concerns have-- completed their move and <br />their claims are at some stage .. of processing. The Relo- <br />cation is currently engaged in actively_ assisting <br />approxim tely forty business concerns with their claims <br />or movin plans. <br />d, Relocation Progress Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, RELOCATION PROGRESS <br />Resident 4port: l Relocation Director, submitted the following REPORT <br />written <br />Central Downtown, Ind. R -66: <br />The current workload is 15, consisting of 10 families <br />and 5 individuals. 69 have been rel- ocated to date. <br />This month one individual was relocated into Public <br />Housing and one family is going into Public Housing . <br />on May 22. <br />Model Cities (Open Space & Park.Site) <br />22 families and l individual are in these two projects. <br />The Informational Statements and Informational Letters <br />on the Uniform Relocation Payments have been delivered <br />to all but two families. <br />Citv -Wid <br />The total workload is seven families, five of whom <br />are temporarily relocated in the Downtown area. One <br />family was housed temporarily in the Downtown area <br />intc Public Housing this month. <br />In <br />
