Model Neighborhood Planning Agency Emergency Repair Fund Contract: The Contract is between the Model Neighborhood Housing Center and the Department of Redevelopment for an emergency repair fund of $5,000 maximum. When this amount is expended, another contract would be entered into. This.:project is to eliminate or temporarily resolve the problems in order to"continue safe use age of the home.
