They were <br />formerly under contractural.arrangement with the City for <br />the cinder parking lot at the foot of Washington'Street,. <br />which'has been acquired by our Department. <br />On motior by Rev. Williams, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />Welfare epartment was authorized to park at the above <br />parking lot as long as it was available, and they stay <br />in the s me building, at $1.00 per year retainer foe. <br />6. NEW IBUSINESS <br />a. Penn Central Company Contract, R-56:. Authoriza- PENN CENTRAL CONTRACT <br />tion was <br />requested to approve a'cQntract.with the Penn <br />AUTHORIZED, R-56 <br />Central Company <br />to relocate the highway crossing gate <br />on the West <br />side of Kemble Street, in the Industrial <br />Expansion <br />Project,, Ind. R-56, at an estimated cost of <br />$1,160.00. <br />On motion <br />by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Williams, <br />the contract <br />for relocating the railroad corssing gate <br />by Penn Central <br />Company, in an estimated amount of <br />$1,160.00, <br />was approved and unanimously carried., <br />b. Resolution <br />Nos. 361 and 362: Authorization <br />�RESOLUTION NOS. 361 <br />was requested <br />from the Commission for the adoption of- <br />& 362 APPROVED, <br />the folloving <br />resolutionst <br />PARCEL.NOS. 14-7 & <br />14-8, R-57 <br />Resolution <br />No. 361 authorizing acceptance of <br />bid in the amount of $175.00. <br />Resolution <br />No. 362 authorizing the execution <br />of the Redevelopment Agreement for the <br />disposition of land and the execution <br />of warranty deedfor transfer of,tttle`.. <br />The above <br />resolutions cover Parcel Nos. 14-7 and 14-8, <br />which are <br />vacant lots, at South Camden Street, R-57. <br />Cn motion <br />by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Wiggins, <br />F 'esolution <br />Nos. 361 and 362 were adopted and unani- <br />mously ca <br />-ried. <br />c.
