R -66 <br />of parcels optioned to date is 138, at a purchase price of <br />$6,251,014; with titles taken on 113, at a cost of $4,886,534. <br />The amount of the budgeted funds is $13,010,220, less the <br />optionel parcels purchase price of $6,251,014, which leaves <br />a balan a of. $6,759,206. <br />b. Business Relocation, R -66: Mr. Paul E. Becher, BUSINESS RELOCATION, <br />Commercial Relocation Director, advised five relocation R--66 <br />claims for moving expenses, totalling $54,573.09, are be- <br />fore the Commission today. This figure includes four claims <br />over $1(,000 recently returned from HUD Office,.in Chicago. <br />One Small Business Displacement Payment for $2,500, and one <br />Direct Loss of Property Claim for $3,000, are also before the <br />Commission today for approval. The total of the claims is <br />$60,073.09. Mr. Becher said this total is well above any <br />single claim period to date. <br />c. Property Management:. Rev. Billy W. Kirk of our PROPERTY MANAGEMENT <br />Relocation Office gave a written report on parking: <br />1) Parcel No. 13 -4: 35 parking spaces are occupied for <br />288.00 per month. <br />2) Par el.No. 13 -6 & 7: Notices, to quit parking were <br />issued. Two spaces are assigned.
