Their references,have all been checked.out by 'phone. <br />Mr. A henfelter advised HUD required LPA offices to adopt <br />such E computerized or manual..program. The.timetable, <br />which is known as the P.E.R.T. or Critical Path Administra- <br />tive ontrol, will provide instant computerized over -view <br />of the entire downtown renewal project and will pinpoint <br />any trouble areas. It will show up immediately on the <br />management statement and the staff can find out what `is <br />wrong and make the necessary corrections. This is actually <br />a flow chart. <br />On mo ion`by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by.Mr. Chenney,,a.con- <br />tract was authorized to be drawn up with Community Develop- <br />ment Associates, Inc., which will be for a period of 4 -1/2 <br />years, at a cost of $22,400. Form A in compliance with.relocation requirements <br />of Section 210 of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and <br />Rea—lProperty Policies Act of 1970: Resolution No. 340 <br />was adopted in Commission meeting ofeMarch 19, 1971, which. <br />provides issuances pursuant to Uniform Relocation Assis- <br />tance ind-Real Property Acquisition Policy Act of 1970. <br />for th LaSalle Park Project, R -57.
