These parcels will be used mostly for exten- <br />sions on existing property. Two are'on good soil, build- <br />ings i tended, subject to submitted plans. Commission, <br />Legal ounsel advised they have 90 days in which to do so. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams, <br />Resolution No. 328 was adopted and unanimously carried. <br />1. Grose's Bike Shop: Mr. Bruce C. Hammerschmidt, <br />Commis ion Legal Counsel, requested authorization from <br />Commis ion for action taken as of yesterday in the filing <br />of an bjection to court appraisals on Grose's Bike Shop,. <br />Parcel No. 10 -4. Our appraisers indicated the Court- <br />appointed appraisers' prices were too high, Commission <br />Legal ounsel had a 10 -day deadline to file this objection <br />and is requesting Co- mission to confirm Counsel's objection <br />for th s award. Said motion was made,by Mr. Helmen, se- <br />conded by Mr. Chenney, and unanimously - carried. <br />m. Acquisition of Water Works Building: Water Works <br />purcha ed the Hanson Engineering Company property, R -7, and <br />as a r sult of this, would like us to acquire their build- <br />ing. kppraisals have not yet been received. City is <br />reques ing that Commission approve the cash purchase <br />of thi property. If they take credits, the Public <br />Servica Commission would not look favorably on that <br />action No formal action has been taken to place this <br />parcel on the acquisition list. On motion by Mr. Wiggins,' <br />second 2d by Rev. Williams, the Water works building, <br />Parcel No. 2 -4, 224 North Main Street, is to be added to <br />the ac uisition list of Ind.
