4 l j Friday September 3rd, 1909. IMPROVE%IENT RESOLUTION No. 616. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the `City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and_.terminal points as follows Gradq Curb &- Walk on Fifth street from Linden avenue to Orange street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE FIFTH STREET GRADE, CURB & WALK Ii - PRO1M4ENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th daft of Sept. andon the 11th day of Sept. 19092 in the ,South 113end Daily Times. This -Bon Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of Sept. 1909, at 7:15 P,14. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Con tr.ctor in payment for such work where the property owner sins.waiver required, as according to law. -Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. ResolveD by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Th& an improvement be`made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe sewer in and along Pine street from Napier street.to the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern R. R. right-of-way. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE PINESTREET PIPE SEWER DAPROVEMMM" and shall be constructed according to theplans and specification prepared '�_y the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this reslution shall be published on the 4th day of Sept. and on the 11th day of Sept. 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing, on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of Sept..1909, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for suchwork where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said -Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent pr annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 3rd day of''September, 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe sewer in and along Jaquith Court from the trunk sewer in Prairie avenue to a point about 70 feet east of Chapin street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the "JAQUITH COURT PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th day of September anD on the llth day of Sept. 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall -on the 21st day of September 1909, at 7:15 P. M. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE EDDY STREET & HOWARD STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEIRNT" anD shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th day of Sept. and on thellth day of Sept. 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 81st day of Sept. 1909, at 7:15 P.M.
