Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and. terminal points as fellows: Pipe sewer in and along College street from Linden avenueto Washington street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE COLLEGE STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMET and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City.Civil Engineer, filed herewith., Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th day of September and on the 11 th day of September, 1909, in the South BenD Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the Cher Hall on the 21st day of September 1909, at 7:15 P.M. Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contj-�actor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. 'Which said Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent. per armum, payable as provideO by law. Adopted this 3rd day of September, 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 621. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement bemade of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe sewer in and along Garfield Court from the manhole in the Washington street sewer south to the end of Garfield Court. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE GARFIELD COURT PIPE SEA IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th day of Sept. and. on the llth day of Sept. 1909, in the SouthBend Daily Times. -This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hail on the 21st day of September, 19092 at 7:15 P. M- A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, -as according to law.
