Friday September 3rd, 1909. ' IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.612. Resolved by the Board of Public Works. of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improveinent'be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement sidewalk on S. Michi?an street fromWayne street to the Grand Trunk Western 'y. tracks. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE S. MICHIG AN STREET CEMEINT SIDEXALK IMPROVEMENT" *and shall be constructed according to theplans and specifications prepar#d by .the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith* Notice of this resolution sHall be published on the 4th day of September and on the 11th day of Sept. 1909, in the South Bend Daily Tines. This Board will give a hearing on this reso- lution at itsoffiee in the City Hall on the 21st day of Sept. 1909, at -7:15P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property ot&rner signs waiver required as according to iww. Said improvement shall be known and designated -as "THE NAPIER STREET CEMENT SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall bE constructed addording to theplans and specifications prepared by the Uity Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution sha7 bepublishdd on the 4th day of Sept. ar*0_ on the llth day of :Sept. 190% in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing'on tis resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of :3ept. 19099 at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to beissued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Said improvement stall be known and design "_THE HURON STREET GRADE, CURB & wALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th day of September and on the llth day of September, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City'Hall'on the 21st day of September, 1909, at 7:15 P.I.
