St. Joseph Street. One <br />ition case is on file in St.. Joseph County <br />Court on Parcel Nos. 24 -3, 24 -4 and 24 -5. <br />We have title to 71 parcels, for a total of $2,643,535. <br />To date 90 options have been signed, at a total cost <br />of $3,969,023. Only one condemnation in the post <br />office site has been filed, with:the hearing set for. <br />October 8th All other parcels have signed options. <br />c. Housing Clinic: Rev. Kirk stated the Housing <br />Clinic s making progress. All the utilities are in <br />and they hope to open next week. Rev. Kirk extended <br />an invitation to the Commissioners for the opening. <br />It would be a good opportunity to meet the residents <br />and hav the residents meet the Commission. About ten <br />familiee are interested in this type of Clinic. Mr. <br />Helmen asked how he is going to.staff.the.Clinic? Rev.. <br />Kirk st ted he plans to use his staff with additional <br />staff c )ming in from:like agencies :in the community on <br />a volun ary basis. The Urban League will lend Mrs. <br />Watson n the field of housing, which will be of great <br />help. ihe Clinic building is housed at: 410 L.W.E. <br />d. City -Wide Relocation: Our staff met with the <br />Housing Authority and the Substandard Division, on <br />Septemb r 29th, and worked out procedures and agree- <br />ments w ich will simplify the rehousing of families <br />by City wide relocation.
