Business Relocation: A written report <br />BUSINESS RELOCATION <br />was <br />submitted by Harrison Miller to.the:Com- <br />CENTRAL DOWNTOWN URBAN <br />miss <br />on. It states that two relocation claims <br />RENEWAL PROJECT, R -66 <br />remain <br />in Chicago for concurrence. The staff is <br />in contact <br />with five National °franchise firms pro- <br />viditig <br />information that wi l l tend". to assure their <br />continued <br />operation and occupancy in the _Central <br />Business <br />District. Relocation facilities appear <br />1 <br />to be <br />available to them in the next two -year period. <br />° <br />A list <br />of storerooms has been prepared that could <br />be utilized <br />for temporary,relocation: resources if <br />necessary. <br />These vacant storefronts are divided <br />into <br />two groups: those that wil l be vacant and <br />avai <br />able July 1, 1971, and those' °vacant and avail- <br />able <br />July 1, 1972. 'There are'also seven vacant <br />storerooms <br />currently for.rent privately.
