NEW BUSINESS (_C_ont_'d) <br />Parcel 10 -1A, in the Central Downtown <br />Urba Renewal'Project, R -66: The Post Office De- <br />partment has indicated a possible need for addi- <br />tion 1 land, designated as Parcel 10 -1A, to con- <br />struct certain improvements for postal purposes. <br />The ommission was asked to approve the sale of <br />the and at the appraised re -use value of $1.50 <br />per quare foot. This would increase the 10 acres <br />authorized in the previous agreement to approxi- <br />mate y 11.8 acres. A survey has been made and <br />the nformation forwarded to the Post Office De- <br />partment.
