In Public Offering No. 1, 522,720 <br />square <br />feet, including all streets and alleys, was <br />advertised <br />and on bid date of-August 12, 1969, bid <br />was received <br />and accepted by South Bend Supply Co., <br />Inc. <br />The staff will be involved with utility plans, <br />water <br />sewer system and streets. Mr. Bellinger ap- <br />prisel <br />the Commission and staff should move with <br />dispatch, <br />as South Bend Supply Co. has presented us <br />with <br />reliminary plans, which iden-6ifies a need for <br />an interior <br />street system. Staff is not available <br />for this <br />work, nor the time. Two organizations are <br />available <br />for this service locally: City Planning <br />Associates, <br />Inc. and James H. Neidigh & Associates. <br />Approval <br />was reque -sted to have our staff investigate <br />costs <br />and have ready for a recommendation for the <br />next <br />vegular Commission meeting. On motion by <br />Mr. H <br />lmen, seconded by Mr. Wilhelm, authorization <br />was given <br />to investigate the costs. - <br />7.
