Mr. Bellinger re- <br />quested the Commission to select a starting date <br />for the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Program, <br />which may be the date of this Commission meeting, <br />or the letter of approval date, which was November <br />5, 1969. He recommended the earlier date of Novem- <br />ber Sth, and anyone relocated from this point on, <br />is eligible for full assistance by the Redevelopment <br />staff. .-On motion by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Mr. <br />Helmen. the official starting date for the Central <br />Downtown Urban Renewal Project is established to be <br />Noveffber 5, 1969. This date received unanimous <br />support by all Commissioners present.
