Mr. Helmen inqui ed as to how this compared with the previous avera e, and Mr. Bellinger stated that it remains about the same. Many of these lots were appraised prior to the soil testing, and were later deter- mined not buildable. The original appraisals did not have an alternate value; now the unit value is based on whether it is buildable or unbuildable. On mo iun by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Wilhelm, autho ization was granted to submit the disposi- tion prices to HUD for approval. Approval was unanimously passed. 6. Alley paving will definitely be underway next week and all h ve been graded and properly backfilled. Greater South Bend Housing Corporation is moving along with TO further delays. Occupancy should begin some- time this month. President Wiggins inquired on the sidinc of the building and whether they will be finished natur 1, painted or left to weather. Rev.
