Wednesday May 27th, 1905, 157 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 556. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the.kind, size location and terminal points asfollows: Pipe sewer on Wayne street from St. Peter street to Notre Dame street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE EAST WAYNE STREET PIPESEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of, this resolution shall be published on the 28th day of May and on the 4th day of June 1908, if the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23r day of June, 1908, at 7:15 P. _M.. A BoNd or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner sins waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest .at the rate of six per cent per annum, payalbe as provided by law. Adopted this 27th day of May, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 557. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipesewer on Miller court from Osborne street to Sample street. Saint improvement shall be known .'-and designated as 'THE MILLER COURT PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall he constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the city civil engineer, filed }jerewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published,on the 29th day of May and.on the 4th day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daisy Times This Board will give a hearing on, this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of.June, 1905, At 7:15 PIA. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as accrding to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE DIAMOND AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" anD shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the CityCivil Engineer, filed here- with. Notice of _this resolution shall be published on the 29th day of May and on the 4th day of June., 1908, in the South Bend -Daily Times. This Board will give a hearin g on this resolutionat its office in to City Hall on the'23rd ay of June, 1909 at 7:15P..M. Said improvement shall be known and designated as ".THE FISHER STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plains and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 29th day of May and on -the 4th day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of June, 1909, at 7:15 P.M.
