15— The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. Bond of Henry DeVos & Co filed and approved and contract signed for. the Olive, street pipe sewer. Engineer reported grade on the alley west of Franklin street and the alley south of Washington street. Same approved. Light ordered at the Corner of Luther Court & Notre Dame street. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 553. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, locationand terminal points as follows: Brick Pavement on the first alley west of Lafayette street from the -outh lineof Wayne.street to the North line of Monroe street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE ALLEY WEST OF LAFAYETTE STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shal be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be.published on the 29t-n day of May .and on the 4th day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of June, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at.the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided dry law. Adopted this 27th day of May, 1908. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 554. Said improve— ment shall be known and designated as "THE WOOD STREET -BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" anD shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 29th day of May and on the 4th day of June, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. Notice of this resolution sha l be published on the 2S h day of May and.on the 4th day of June, 1905, at 7:15 P. M.
