15 Wednesday May 27th, 1909. IMPROWI�ENT RESOLUTION NO. 560. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Baker street from Adams street to the first alley east of Adams street. Said improvement shall be known and, designated as "THE BAKER STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared.by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published .on the 29th day of May and on the 4th day of June, 1908, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on the resolut- ion at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of'June, 1908, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment for such work where the property ow►_ler signs waiver ,required as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable gs provided by law. Adopted this 27th day of May, 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 561. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Carroll street from Calvert street to the first alley south of Calvert street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as *THE CARROLL STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall bE constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City -Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 28th day of May and on the 4th day of June, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of June, 1909, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "= EAST DIVISION STREET GRADING IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to theplans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 28th day of May and on the 4th day of June, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will ive a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of June, 1905, at 7;15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the propertyowner signs waiver required as according to law.
