Tuesday March 31sr, 1905. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 541. Resolved by the Board of Public works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, locationand terminal points as follv*s Cement sidewalks on Michigan avenue from the 2nd alley west of LaSalle avenue to Scott street, where not already laid.. Said improvement shall be known and desingated as "THE`MICHIGAN AVENUE CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT"and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the Sth day of April 19052 in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall'on the 21st day ofApril 1905, at 7 15 p. m. A Bond or Bonds to be issued' to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver -required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of siz per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 31st day of March, 1905. . BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 542. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement�be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement sidewalks on Marion street from Lot E. 1/2 of lot 51 Henrick and Grants addition to Leland avenue running south, where not already laid, Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MARION STREET CEXEA?T WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed acc- ording to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewil Notice of -this resolution shall be published on -the lst day of April and on the Sth dayof April 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will agiVe a hearing onth?s resolution at its office in the City Hall,on the 21st-day of April 1909, at;T 15 P.M. A. Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner.signs waiver required, as according to law. Said improvement shall be knvpwn and designated as "THE MICHIGAN STREET CEMENT SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi@___,, cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MONROE STREET CEMENT WALK' IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer,filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 1st day of April and on theSth day of April, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1905, at 7:15 P. M.
