<br />IMPROVF N-T RESOLUTION NO. 537.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an
<br />improvement be made of the kind,, -size, location and terminal"points as follows;
<br />Cement sidewalks on Scott street from Washington street to the L. S. & M. S. R.R:,
<br />where not already laid..Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE SCOTT
<br />STREET CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT" -and shall be constructed according to the plans and
<br />specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this
<br />resolution shall be published on the lst day of April. and on the£gth dvy of April.
<br />1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resol-
<br />ution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at 7:15 P. M.
<br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payfient for such work where
<br />the property owner signs waiver, as according to law. .Which said bonds shall bear
<br />interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable'as provided by law.
<br />Adopted this 31st day of March, 1909.

<br />street, where -not already laid_. Said improvement shall be known and designated as
<br />"THE LASALLE AVENUE CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT" and.shall be constructed according to
<br />the plans and specific€ Lions prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.
<br />Notice of this res1lution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the 8th
<br />day of April 3,909, in the South Bend,Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on
<br />this resolution at its office in the City Mall on the 21st day of April 1909, at
<br />7:15 P. M.

<br />cations, prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith Notice of this resolution
<br />shall be.. published on the lst day of April and on the8th day of April,- 1908,. in the
<br />South Bend Daily Times.. This Board will give a hearing -on this resolution at its
