118 Tuesday March 31st, 1909. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 545. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as Follows: Cement sidewalks on Main street from Marion street to Bronson street, where not -alr- eady laid..- Saidimprovement shall be known and designated as "THE MAIN STREET CF34ENT SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specific- ations prepared by the City Civil Engineer -filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the S'th day of April 1905 in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its Office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at 7:15 P.-M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annurim, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 31st day of March, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 546. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement sidewalks on Madison street from Lot 44 Henrick & Grants addition to Marion street, where not already laid. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MADISON STREET CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on theist day of April and on the £nth dayof April 1905, in the South BeNd Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at 7:15 P.
