11 Tuesday March 31st, 1905. IMPROVEMENT -RESOLUTION NO. 533. Resolved by .the Board of public Ttorks of the City of South Bend., Indiana: -That an improvement be -made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows:.Cement walks onWashington street from Lafayette street to lst alley east, where not already laid. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WASHINCxTOt,T STREET CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifieations' prepared by the City Civil Engineer,- filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the 9th day of 1.1pril 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This -Board willt:give a hearing on -this resolution at -its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 190O, at 7:15 p. m. A Bond or BondS to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver, required as according to law. Which said Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payalbe as provided by law. Adopted this 31st day of March, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 534. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location -and terminal points as follows: Cement sidewalks on Vistula avenue from Washington street to South street, where not already laid. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE VISTULA AVENUE CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the9th day of April 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This. Board will give a hearing on this -resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 19W2 at 7*15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the £nth day of April 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its Office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at 7:15 P. M. Notice of this resolution shall be published on thelst day of April and on the Sth day of April 1905, in the South BenD Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this rep lution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 19092 at 7:15 P. M.
