114 - Tuesday March 31st 1905. ,d IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 529. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the -kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement sidewalks on Colfax avenue in front of Lot 4 Cobb's addition and in front of lot S Dunbar's Sub. Sai�._iipprovement shall'be known and desigmated as "THE COLFAX AVENUE CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and. specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. 'Notice of this resolution shall- be -published on the lst day of April and on the £nth 'day of April, 1909 in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a�hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on` the 21st day of April 19O9, at 7:15 P. �. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the prperty owner signs waiver required, -as according to'law:' Which said Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of Six per cent per-annum; payable as provided by law. Notice of this resol- ution shall*be published on the lst day of April ann_ on the Sth day of April 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This -Board will give a hearing on t1is resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or•Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver -�equired, as according to- law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WOOD STREET CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and'specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. _Notice of this reso- lution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the 8th day of April, 1908, in the South Bend Daily Times. *This Board will,give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at7:15 ,P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Notice of this resolut- ion shall be published on the lst day of April and on the Sth day of April 1905, in the Sout4-Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1905, at 7:15 p. M. A Bond or Boncls to -be issued to the Contractor in payment -for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law.
