Tuesday March 31st, 1909- IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 525. Resolved by the Board of Public:Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement sidewalks on Bronson street from I4ichigan to Carroll streets, where not already laid. Said improvement shall be known and designated as '"THE BRO14SON STREET CEMENT WALK IMPROVE MENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed Herewith.-?otice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April ,and on the £nth day of April 1905',in the South Bend Daily Times, This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the "ist day of April 190F. at 7:15 P. Iul. A Bond of Bonds shall be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear nterest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payalbe as provided. by law. Adopted this fist day of March, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 526. Resolved by the Board of Public,Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal pointsas follows: Cement sidewalks on Columbia street from Wayne street to Bronson street, where not already I -aid, Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE COLUMBIA STREET CEMENT a'ALK IMPROVEMENT" and shell be constructed according to the plans and specifiations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the 9th day of April 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 190$, at 7:15 P. M. A BOnd or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payalbe as provided by law. Adopted this 31st day of March 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CARROLL STREET CEMENT WALK IMP( ROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the 9th day of April 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office -in the City Hall on the 1st. day of of April 1908, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner.signs waiver required, as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CHAPIN,STREET CEMENT WALK IMP ROVEAENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed, herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and - on the Sth day of April 1908, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver, as according to law.
