All members present. <br />Petition received from the Common Council asking for the opening of Keasey <br />street. Same was placed on file. <br />Contractor Bond of Paul Alfutowski filed and approved. <br />Light ordered at intersection of Jefferson street h Vistula avenue. <br />Hearing on Resolution for. Pipe Sewer on Edward street was deferred until April <br />24th, 11�-OS, at 10 A. M. <br />IMPR015MNT RESOLUTION '_PTO. 522. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: <br />Cement sidewalks on Franklin street from Wayne street to South street, where not <br />already laid. Said improvement shall be known and designated. as "THE FRANKLIN STREET <br />CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMF�NT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and <br />specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this <br />resolution shall be published on the lst day of —April and on the 9th day of April, <br />1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on t1is resolut- <br />ion at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at 7:15 P.M. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where <br />the pooperty owner signs waiver -required, as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE TAYLOR STREET <br />CEiVIENT WALK I ;PROVEPtIENT" and shall be constructed according to theplans and specifi- <br />cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer,, filed herewith.
