12 Tuesday March 31st, 1909. The Board met in regular session at 10 A., M. All members present. Petition received from the Common Council asking for the opening of Keasey street. Same was placed on file. Contractor Bond of Paul Alfutowski filed and approved. Light ordered at intersection of Jefferson street h Vistula avenue. Hearing on Resolution for. Pipe Sewer on Edward street was deferred until April 24th, 11�-OS, at 10 A. M. IMPR015MNT RESOLUTION '_PTO. 522. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement sidewalks on Franklin street from Wayne street to South street, where not already laid. Said improvement shall be known and designated. as "THE FRANKLIN STREET CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMF�NT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of —April and on the 9th day of April, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on t1is resolut- ion at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of April 1909, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the pooperty owner signs waiver -required, as according to law. Which said Bonds shall beer interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 31st, clay of March, 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on the £nth day of April, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times.
