Howard Bellinger and L. Glenn Barbe <br />will <br />act as moderators. Mr. Barbe has participated <br />as program <br />chairman for this-Workshop. The Commission <br />may attend <br />the Workshop - session without charge, at <br />the <br />nvitation of the NAHRO organization. President <br />Wigg <br />ns requested Mrs. Allen be granted a gratuitous <br />registration <br />and Mr. Barbe apprised Mrs. Allen will <br />be r <br />gistered as a NAHRO guest. The registration <br />fees <br />are $35.00 for NAHRO member and staff of NAHRO <br />memb <br />r agencies, and $40.00 for non - members- -which <br />includes <br />the cost of one dinner and two lunches on <br />April <br />1 and 2. Our staff members must pay the regis- <br />tration <br />fee to attend. Mr. Helmen asked if there is <br />money <br />appropriated for this and Mr. Bellinger apprised <br />this <br />workshop is an eligible project. expense and can <br />" <br />be paid <br />out of funds set aside for this purpose. Pre: si =` <br />dent <br />Wiggins entertained a motion for the rehabilitation <br />stafl <br />to attend, and on motion by Mr. Wilhelm,`seconded <br />by Mr. <br />Chenney, the staff was authorized to attend. The <br />ayes" <br />were unanimous. <br />c. <br />Resolution No. 257: This is a resolution <br />RESOLUTION NO. 257, <br />authorizing <br />the President to rescind an Option Agree - <br />PARCEL #38 -15, <br />ment <br />for Parcel #38- 15•and accept a new Option Agree- <br />.LASALLE PARK URBAN <br />ment <br />for the same parcel, in the LaSalle Park Urban <br />RENEWAL PROJECT, <br />Renewal <br />Project, R -57. The = description on the ori- <br />R -57 <br />ginal <br />Option Agreement was in error and is now cor- <br />rect <br />d. On motion by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. <br />Wilh <br />lm, Resolution No. 257 was adopted, with ap- <br />prov <br />1 of our legal counsel, Mr. Bruce C. Hammer - <br />schmidt. <br />Option Agreements: This was a 'request <br />TEN (10) OPTION <br />for <br />he approval of ten 10) Option Agreements for <br />AGREEMENTS APPROVED, <br />prop <br />rties located in the LaSalle Park Urban Renewal <br />LASALLE PARK URBAN <br />Project, <br />R -57, and are all within the framework of <br />RENEWAL PROJECT, <br />approved <br />and subsequently concurred in acquisition <br />R -57 <br />prices. <br />The parcels are as follows: <br />#8 -15, #8 -17, #11-7,411-17A, #13 -69 <br />#19 -10, #22 -28, #30 -21, #38 -15 and #46 -2. <br />On motion <br />by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Wilhelm, <br />the above <br />Option Agreements were authorized and <br />the President <br />was authorized to sign the Option <br />Agreements. <br />The "ayes" were unanimous for the <br />auth <br />rization of the Optidm Agreements. <br />
