Messrs. Howard Bellinger and L. Glenn Barbe will act as moderators. Mr. Barbe has participated as program chairman for this-Workshop. The Commission may attend the Workshop - session without charge, at the nvitation of the NAHRO organization. President Wigg ns requested Mrs. Allen be granted a gratuitous registration and Mr. Barbe apprised Mrs. Allen will be r gistered as a NAHRO guest. The registration fees are $35.00 for NAHRO member and staff of NAHRO memb r agencies, and $40.00 for non - members- -which includes the cost of one dinner and two lunches on April 1 and 2. Our staff members must pay the regis- tration fee to attend. Mr. Helmen asked if there is money appropriated for this and Mr. Bellinger apprised this workshop is an eligible project. expense and can " be paid out of funds set aside for this purpose. Resolution No. 257: This is a resolution RESOLUTION NO. 257, authorizing the President to rescind an Option Agree - PARCEL #38 -15, ment for Parcel #38- 15•and accept a new Option Agree- .LASALLE PARK URBAN ment for the same parcel, in the LaSalle Park Urban RENEWAL PROJECT, Renewal Project, R -57. The = description on the ori- R -57 ginal Option Agreement was in error and is now cor- rect d. On motion by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Wilh lm, Resolution No. 257 was adopted, with ap- prov 1 of our legal counsel, Mr. Bruce C. Hammer - schmidt. Option Agreements: This was a 'request TEN (10) OPTION for he approval of ten 10) Option Agreements for AGREEMENTS APPROVED, prop rties located in the LaSalle Park Urban Renewal LASALLE PARK URBAN Project, R -57, and are all within the framework of RENEWAL PROJECT, approved and subsequently concurred in acquisition R -57 prices. The parcels are as follows: #8 -15, #8 -17, #11-7,411-17A, #13 -69 #19 -10, #22 -28, #30 -21, #38 -15 and #46 -2. On motion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Wilhelm, the above Option Agreements were authorized and the President was authorized to sign the Option Agreements. The "ayes" were unanimous for the auth rization of the Optidm Agreements.
