Tuendav November 19th, 1907. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. �1 F Resolved by the Board of Public works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Blaine avenue from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue and on LaPorte avenue to Oak street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BLAINE AVENUE & LAPORTE AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of November and on the 27th day of November 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of December 190, at 7:15 P. 14- A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for quch work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six pr cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this l9th day of November, 1907- BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTIONV NO. 516. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be -made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Lindner street from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LINDNER STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall bE constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of November and on the 27th day of November 19071. in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of December, 1907, at 7:15 P. M. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on LaPorte avenue from a point about 110 feet east of Euclid avenue to Wilber street and North on Wilber street about 70 feet. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LAPORTE AVENUE & WILBER STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall bE constructed according to the plans. and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engin�_er, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of November and on the 27th day of November, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of November nd'on the 27th day of Nov. 1907 in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of December 1907, at 7:15 P. M.
