<br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 519.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an
<br />improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe
<br />Sewer on Eddy street from Campau street to LaSalle avenue. Said improvement shall be
<br />known and designated as "THE EDDY STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed
<br />according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed
<br />herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on t e 20th day of November and on
<br />the 27th day of November, 19072 in the South Bend Daily.Times. This Board will give a
<br />nearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of December,
<br />1907, at 7:15 P. M.
<br />A Bond or Bonds to'be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the
<br />Droperty owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear
<br />interest a; the rate if six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law.
