Tuesday November 19th2 1907. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 511. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Tiat an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Webster street from Sample street to the C. I. & S. R. R. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WEBSTER STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be con- structed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of Nov. and on the 27th day.of November, 19072 in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day'of Dec. 1907, at 7:15 P. 14. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds ahall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payalle as provided by law. Adopted this 19th day of November, 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 512. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made o' the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Howard avenue from Michigan avenue to a point 90 feet north of LaPorte avene. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the "HOWARD STREET PIPE SEWERIMPROVEMENT" and shall bE constructed according to the plans an(! specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th r'ay of November and on the 27th day of November 19072 in the South Bend -Daily Times. This Baard will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th 4ay of December 1907, at 7:15 P. 14. Notice of this resolution -shall be published on the 20th day of November and on the 27th day of November 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of December, 1907, a t 7.15 P . I4.
